Fun Fact:

African cuisine is diverse, and each region has unique cooking styles and flavors. Generally, West African cuisine features hearty stews and rice dishes. East African cuisine is known for its spicy curries, traditional veggies, and grilled meats. In North Africa, tagines and couscous are popular. Grilled meats and traditional dishes such as bobotie, a South African meat pie, characterise Southern African cuisine. Yum!
